Alvaro Cespedes is an Associate Attorney at Byron Acosta, P.A., where his practice focuses on civil litigation and appellate matters. During law school, Alvaro served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Antonio Arzola of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, gaining valuable insight into judicial procedure and the litigation process. He was also a Comment Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and a member of the St. Thomas University Trial Team, where he further developed his legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Alvaro earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami Gardens. He draws upon his academic background and practical litigation experience to serve clients in his practice at Byron Acosta, P.A. Outside of the legal profession, Alvaro enjoys kayaking and exploring South Florida’s natural waterways.
